- Burnout to Bounce Back – an 8-week trauma-informed group coaching program for trauma-exposed professionals such as therapists, healthcare workers, first responders, and leaders, designed to restore energy, set boundaries, and build sustainable well-being.
- Main Priority: Creating a Life You Love – an 8-week program focused on helping individuals release stress, shift mindsets, and create a deeply aligned, joy-filled life.
Her mission is simple yet profound: to help people heal at the root level, restore dignity, foster self-connection, and open the door to new possibilities.
