Find Lasting Solutions
Healing from burnout doesn’t mean you have to quit.
Break free from the ongoing cycle of stress with self-empathy and neuroscience.
Burnout is about more than being tired. It occurs when your nervous system remains in survival mode after years of carrying the needs of everyone else. While you have prayed, continued to push through, and performed, you have created the appearance that you are thriving, but inside, you are depleted, disconnected, and desperate for inner peace.
At Wings of the Future Trauma Coaching and Consulting, we help high-achieving professionals discover and heal the cause of their burnout using Christian faith-based principles backed by somatic treatment strategies, neuroscience, and biblical scripture. And you don’t have to leave your career or calling behind—with our help, you can abandon the unhealthy patterns that are keeping you stuck.
While you may look successful, you are constantly exhausted.
On the outside, you are the leader, the encourager, and the strong one, but beneath this surface lies:
- Sleepless nights and ongoing fatigue
- Disconnection from God, yourself, and your loved ones
- Guilt whenever you reclaim time for rest
- Goals and dreams deferred by being stuck in survival mode
Our programs are designed to help you break the cycle. With our Burnout to Balance program, you can rewire your nervous system, find peace, and reclaim your identity, all in just eight weeks. The next step is our Main Priority course, which helps you to find a fulfilling, faith-aligned life after burnout.
It’s time to stop living in overdrive and start living with fulfillment. Book your clarity call with us today.

Who do you work with?
We also support teams and organizations seeking healthier communication, stronger leadership practices, and more sustainable ways of working.
How does trauma-informed coaching help with burnout?
Our approach emphasizes choice, collaboration, and respect for your pace. You do not need to share detailed accounts of painful experiences to participate. Coaching focuses on building awareness, practicing skills, and making changes that support your present needs and future goals.
We also consider the demands around you, including workload, expectations, available support, and workplace culture.
Do you offer services to corporations and teams?
Topics may include burnout awareness, compassion fatigue, healthy boundaries, communication, and trauma-informed leadership. We help organizations examine both individual skills and workplace practices, including expectations, workloads, and support systems.
What is nervous system regulation and how does it fit into coaching?
This may include grounding exercises, intentional pauses, identifying sources of stress, and building more consistent routines for rest and recovery. The goal is to expand your options for responding to pressure and making thoughtful decisions.
Do I need to leave my job to recuperate from burnout?
Coaching can help you evaluate your workload, clarify priorities, communicate boundaries, ask for support, and consider adjustments to your current role. If a career transition is something you are considering, we can help you explore your options and develop a realistic plan.
You do not have to make every decision at once.
What programs do you have for burnout recovery?
Burnout to Balance™ focuses on recognizing patterns that contribute to burnout, strengthening boundaries, and developing practical habits for a more sustainable daily life.
Main Priority: Create a Life You Love™ focuses on clarifying what matters to you, making room for your own needs, and aligning your choices and routines with your values and goals.
Contact us for current program formats, schedules, pricing, and help identifying the option that best fits your needs.
Is trauma-informed coaching the same as therapy?
Coaching does not include mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment of trauma or other mental health conditions. If your needs extend beyond the scope of coaching, we will discuss appropriate next steps with you.
How do I get started?
You deserve space to consider your own needs and build a way forward that supports your well-being.
