Burnout to Balance is an 8-week trauma-informed group coaching experience designed for trauma-exposed professionals—therapists, social workers, first responders, and women in care-based leadership roles—who are ready to reclaim their energy, restore their nervous systems, and rebuild their lives with clarity and purpose.

This program is for people who show up for everyone else—but often feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. It’s especially designed for those working in caregiving roles or high-responsibility professions who have experienced trauma, burnout, or compassion fatigue.

This isn’t just goal-setting or mindset work. It’s a guided, trauma-informed healing process that integrates nervous system regulation, emotional release, boundary work, and somatic practices in a structured, supportive group format. It bridges science, spirituality, and self-empathy.

You’ll meet weekly for 8 live group Zoom sessions, receive 2 individual coaching calls, complete self-paced workbook activities, and engage in a supportive community. You also get assessments, a physical or digital workbook, a healing-based book on self-empathy, and lifetime access to our private Facebook group.

Plan to dedicate 2–3 hours per week, including your group call, optional journaling or self-reflection activities, and daily nervous system check-ins. Your healing matters—and we’ve designed this to fit into your real, busy life.
